ProStrong's ProAdvanced 3-in-1 Reinforcer Fluoride Base, Top & Nail Strengthener includes our patented fluoride that  treats the nail every time you wash your hands helping to strengthen your nails while protecting them. 3-in-1 Reinforcer helps reduce chipping and flaking to extend wear. 

To apply use the 3 stroke method for all nail applications: starting from the cuticle, apply one stroke down the nail's center to tip, followed by two similar strokes on either side. Use long sweeping strokes. Reapply every 3 days to extend wear.

If using 3-in-1 Reinforcer alone (no polish) 2 coats are recommended.
