We love the deep, cobalt blue colour of this dress and the contrasting orange, white and red outlines of Palm trees. Wear your holiday dream on your sleeve ;) 

The top is connected to the skirt, but the outer layer sort of hangs loose, with a drawstring hem so you could make it as loose or tight as you need.
